(2) In the case of cases of a special nature which have been determined to be considered by a group of special judges while preparing the payee list according to sub-rule (1), a separate list according to the group should be prepared and submitted.
(3) Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the concerned officer shall, under the provisions of the Civil Code, 11 No. And subject to the provisions of Rule 74, the weekly payee list for the hearing of the next week should be posted on the notice board of the court by Friday according to the date of registration of the case.
(4) For the purposes of sub-rule (3), when determining the order of registration date, the case which has been registered after being granted permission to review, repeat the case and appeal, the case which has been sent to the full bench or the full bench, the case which has been adjourned from the date of registration and the subordinate court Or if the case sent to the agency for re-judgment is re-judged and there is an application or appeal to the court again or there is a partial settlement, the order will be determined based on the previous registration date.
